I got home from work tonight and was hungry. While I was pondering what to eat, I decided to have a large glass of water with pure lemon. I squeezed a little extra lemon for a kick, drank my water, and noticed almost immediately I felt quite relaxed; to the point I was not hungry anymore and was most interested in sleep!
