I blend in my Nutribullet:
-1 peeled whole lemon
-1 tablespoon honey
-A pinch of: sea salt, turmeric, ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon
Add a cup of water and blend! This is my go to tonic the day after a few too many drinks or simply to power-up as needed. Inflammation and free radicals be gone!
