Beauty of the mind, body, and spirit are one. It is connected. Disharmony in any of your realms will impede your true self to manifest. Focus on positivity and balance. Be aware of your state of beauty. You are meant to be beautiful! Choices Exist: Empowered and Educated! To YOUR Health :) Green Tea! Aim for at least a cup a day. To unwind and to rejuvenate, antioxidants are anti-aging and anti-disease. White, red, and black are also favorites. Find what you enjoy. Brew your own and avoid the sugar traps of most pre-packaged iced teas! To your health :)
..... or are you really thirsty? I always recommend to drink a glass of water first if you feel hungry. Dehydration manifests in numerous ways. Every body function depends upon water as our bodies are predominantly comprised of it. Mid-afternoon when you may be feeling foggy, reach for a glass of water (and add some lemon to it). Notice how you feel. For every cup of coffee or tea you drink, you need equal amounts of water on top of approximately eight glasses a day. Before reaching for that snack, drink water first to save calories, boost metabolism, and to ultimately understand how to fuel your body optimally. When I choose water first, I always feel better :) Empowered choices! To your health!
![]() EMBRACE YOUR AGE! Who cares how old you are? You should. Your age is your beautiful life experiences. Your age is YOU. State you age with confidence and pride. This life is about love. You give others the opportunity to love themselves when you embrace your own. Let go of the ego and embrace simplicity. This experience of life happens once. Live it for real and get rid of the gimmicks. Empower yourself and empower others. I'm 35 and have loved every minute of my experience. I look forward to stating how many more experiences I've had 30 years from now! My time is precious. My minutes count. EMBRACE all of you. To your mind, body, and spirit! <3 ![]() As I'm listening to Brian Owens song, "I Just Want to Feel Alright", I'm reminded that sadness, fear, nervousness, anxiety, and anger are alright as well. These emotions protect us, help us, inspire us, and ultimately define us as a human being. Its o.k. to "feel". Often society nowadays tells us that we should only feel happy and sadness is not normal. Remember to feel happy you often have to experience sadness; To be unafraid, you must feel fear; To feel confident you must overcome your nerves; To be calm you must know anxiety; And to feel peace you have to embrace anger. Emotions are real. You are real. The key is to listen to your emotions and know how best to maneuver through them. The more you fight yourself, the further away you will float from your true definition. It has been a process called life that has enabled me to more fully embrace every emotion and to not label any one as bad or good. It just is, simply put. Awareness of emotion is power. This power enables us to live our best, healthiest life. Listen, love, and feel. It's o.k. To YOUR health! You are not defined by a job nor are you defined by perception. Follow all your interests and detours in your path; and trust me you will come up more complete than yesterday. I had a photo shoot today for my agency. I dabble in fit/print modeling and though it is hard work and a challenge (beyond what most think), I have become more balanced because of it. I don't put myself in a box. Don't let others or yourself either. Living life and saying YES! Mind, body, and spirit. Trust the process. Love and light....to your health!
