I decided upon this field because I care about you. I always thought the "care" part was always about just that but I've experienced that often it is not. As a pharmacist, we do the same thing if we fill 50 vs 500 prescriptions, or at least you take an Oath to. To me its all about caring for the individual. To others its about a number. " Why are we treating people like cattle herds?" says Dr. Eric Topol, M.D. You are merely a number in some instances and this number designates the "life" of your care. I hope to change this aspect. I hope others choose to change. Character counts. If we categorize value and define a hierarchy of care based on numbers then we as a society have a real problem. Big business is not health. Health is humanity. Demand quality. Demand health "care". Its time to take a stand. Individualized choices! I choose to care about your health. To your health!

![]() As I'm listening to Brian Owens song, "I Just Want to Feel Alright", I'm reminded that sadness, fear, nervousness, anxiety, and anger are alright as well. These emotions protect us, help us, inspire us, and ultimately define us as a human being. Its o.k. to "feel". Often society nowadays tells us that we should only feel happy and sadness is not normal. Remember to feel happy you often have to experience sadness; To be unafraid, you must feel fear; To feel confident you must overcome your nerves; To be calm you must know anxiety; And to feel peace you have to embrace anger. Emotions are real. You are real. The key is to listen to your emotions and know how best to maneuver through them. The more you fight yourself, the further away you will float from your true definition. It has been a process called life that has enabled me to more fully embrace every emotion and to not label any one as bad or good. It just is, simply put. Awareness of emotion is power. This power enables us to live our best, healthiest life. Listen, love, and feel. It's o.k. To YOUR health! -Extraordinary potassium content and various other trace minerals
-Beneficial malic acid Oxidizes the blood, promotes digestion, and neutralizes toxic substances; all which affect almost every body function. Look for apple cider vinegar that has froth on the bottom. This proves the fermentation is still alive. A glass of water with 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 teaspoons of honey in the morning is excellent for our health. The benefits of apple cider vinegar may help prevent and treat arthritis, asthma, athlete's foot, osteoporosis, inflammation, the common cold, cold sores, constipation, cramps, diabetes, eczema, depression, eyesight, fatigue, brittle hair and nails, aging, headaches, heartburn, hypertension, insomnia, hot flashes, metabolism, high cholesterol, obesity, muscle pain, and other numerous conditions. Another option you have to stay and be healthy. Explore apple cider vinegar to maintain wellness. Those of us in the health care field must do all we can to help those with mental health concerns. Please do your part by supporting and helping others who need it. Also, please take a few minutes daily to focus on your own mind and spirit. Like exercise, this must be maintained.
We are all put here to help one another, this includes helping ourselves. The Golden Rule applies more than ever today. Be kind, listen, and don't judge. Mental health cannot be forgotten or underestimated. Blessings to all, every new day we are given. |
