The History Channel's "King" is well done! A must see.
MLK Jr., my hero, my inspiration, my teacher! "One man came in the name of love...". The embodiment of what was right and good. His work is not done. Embrace your own light and gifts given to you, just like MLK Jr., in the name of LOVE! (p.s. it was not easy. anything worthwhile takes sustained effort)

An individual has not started living until he can rise above the narrow confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity.
•Martin Luther King, Jr. Find the light. Look outside "the box" and seek first to understand. ![]() As the sun comes out today, I think of the light within all of us. Its your choice to shine that light. Millions of little lights do make a difference. :) I love this song so I thought I would share it with you. Just as the sun makes you smile, so does goodness radiating from others. Let it Shine! :) ![]() My way of dealing with my grief from the loss of life was to meditate, say a prayer and release a blue flower in the wind. This blue flower symbolized to me all the angelic children flying home. As I did this I saw them all laughing and playing with one another. I smiled and knew they had each other and they were safe. I went to bed peaceful as a new week begins. I wake to see this image this morning. I held the blue flower in my hands before I let it fly in the wind. Now I see a big, beautiful, blue butterfly cradled in a pair of hands. Faith is great. Believe in something. Visualization is a powerful tool. Angels are all around us and if we stop long enough to recognize the signs, we are reminded that everything will be alright. I cherish this photo as it reminds me of sweet life and the preciousness of every day. Fly, Fly Butterfly...
