Sweating is one of the best ways to "detox". I'm soaking in my eucalyptus epsom salt ginger bath right now, as my throat started to feel a little sore today. Warm lemon water with honey, a sea salt gargle, and a good foot rub have also helped! Lets hope my body lets go and returns to homeostasis soon. In the meantime I consciously choose to rest and listen to my body. Don't stress, everything is a blessing as it serves to slow you down right into the present. It's actually kinda what I needed....health is wealth!
I got home from work tonight and was hungry. While I was pondering what to eat, I decided to have a large glass of water with pure lemon. I squeezed a little extra lemon for a kick, drank my water, and noticed almost immediately I felt quite relaxed; to the point I was not hungry anymore and was most interested in sleep! Best choice of the evening....lemon water! Try the same when you are hungry or just wanting to unwind >>>>>LEMON. To Your Health!
