Don't forget to breathe :)
We underestimate the simple act of breathing and the benefits of the oxygen. Take ten deep breaths right now with a conscious awareness. Breathe in through your nose and our through your mouth. Focus only on your breath. How do you feel? We have more control over our mind, body, and spirit then we give ourselves credit for. The next time you feel a little unbalanced or need a little extra energy, take a few deep breaths. The simple gifts we can give ouselves. Happy Wednesday!
