Not every day will be a happy day but all emotion is healthy. Emotion equlivaltes to being alive. Don't fight your feelings but rather embrace to propel you ahead or to reconfigure. Everything has a purpose and the greater plan is beyond you. Don't get stuck but rather rise up, breathe, and work through whatever it is you are facing. You are not alone. Speak to someone and you give them the opportunity to grow and transform with you. We are all in the same boat. Gotta paddle together to stay afloat! Rely on yourself and rely upon others. To your health...and to all emotion!

Happy Birthday Grandpa Lewis! I will always think of you on this day. I see you smiling and finally embracing the goofy side of you, knowing the day of April Fool's, your birthday, is today! I thank you for your protection and continual love!

Remember those that have touched and changed your life. Today is a silly day, but one that I never embraced as much as I do now. All for the reason above. 

Reflection is healthy. Memories are therapy for our souls. Think of a time you will always remember of someone that touched your life in this lifetime. Mine is my grandpa sitting on the front porch whittling a piece of wood while I played with my dolls. His smile I can still feel to this day. Happiness is a choice. Optimism is a choice. Today I choose to remember the happy times that my Grandpa shared with me. April is here...make it great! After all, its your choice!

A New Choice

There are people who live in a dream, and there are people who face reality; and then there are those that turn one into the other.  The power lies within you. Explore your thoughts  and how your body responds to each.  Really listen and you can attract what you really need.  Take a step back to make sure you are building upon the correct foundation .  Your foundation are your "peace attributes". 

Goals are obtainable but goals won't promise you peace.  Needs are necessary but won't promise you satisfaction.  Attributes of love, compassion, optimism, and kindness will promise you internal calm within every storm.  I've coined these four as my "peace attributes".  Many people I've noticed (including myself at one point!) focus on the goals and needs but don't put focus towards these "peace attributes".  I look at these attributes as the basis to every foundation, the root of everything that occurs in your life.  The well known saying, "Don't chase, attract what you need" is based on this mindset.  Focus on the attributes that bring you that internal peace.  Once you have internal calm all goals necessary and ultimately important will surface.   I've found in my life that I am much happier when I strengthen and highlight my  "peace attributes".  Its simply amazing how you glide through your day when this focus is maintained.  Focus and "feel" love and kindness.  The world will respond.

Focus on improving your communication skills!

1. Let others finish before you speak
2. Listen without thinkng about what you will say
3. Restate what the other person said as you perceive it
4. You will feel uncomfortable at first
5. Misunderstandings will be prevented or resolved
6. The speaker will feel validated
7. Relationships will be strengthened
8. Stress from conflict in relationships will be greatly reduced
9. You will be happier
10. You help others be happier

Remember let others speak first, you listen, restate what you hear, and let the dialogue continue. What you are going to say as a response is the LEAST important in effective communication. This is contrary to what many see as effective communication. Try a different approach.

Less stress is awesome, incredible, freedom, and true health. Just listen, that's all you really need. The rest will naturally fall into place. To your health!

You are not defined by a job nor are you defined by perception. Follow all your interests and detours in your path; and trust me you will come up more complete than yesterday. I had a photo shoot today for my agency. I dabble in fit/print modeling and though it is hard work and a challenge (beyond what most think), I have become more balanced because of it. I don't put myself in a box. Don't let others or yourself either. Living life and saying YES! Mind, body, and spirit. Trust the process. Love and light....to your health!

These quotes, for me, couldn't be more true.  Nothing is more satisfying than following you passions. Imagine the world without the constitute of money. How much different would our lives be in this present moment if we traded services and goods? Or at least found a middle ground, a balance, between greed and kindness. I have spoken with people that have more money than they know what to do with yet they are searching for ways to be healthy and happy. I have also spoken with those that have no money but smile,thank me, and tell me to have a blessed day as they leave the pharmacy.  I wonder who has found their passion? Which person is truly happy?  Find you passion, pursue your passion, and ultimately make this world a happier, healthier place.  It takes money to survive but trust that you will always have enough.  Ask yourself what is enough. Give more than you get and abundance will always come back to you. Choices exist everyday. Be kind or not. Give or get. Positive or negative. Which choice you make ultimately creates your reality.  You are the captain of your ship.  With much love and gratitude! Go have a happy, healthy day :)

Pharmacy is the health profession that links the health sciences with the chemical sciences and it is charged with ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical drugs.

 Due to the changes to health care in today's society and the increasing need for counseling and medication maintenance, pharmacists have taken on a larger role as clinicians. This increase in the need for accessible health care information for consumers has led to great strides in the field of pharmacy. One result of this has been a change in the way pharmacy schools structure their curriculum as well as a first professional doctorate degree, which further sets the pharmacist apart as a trusted ally in a patient's health care treatment regimen. In fact, pharmacists consistently rank as one of the most trusted professionals in today's society. This degree usually requires on average 7–9 years of college education at present time, depending on which state you live in.
