Was feeling a bit restless, as if I wanted to exercise but not really. Ever feel this way? Well, I began to stretch In my apt and eventually put my yoga mat down by my bed.
I just had the best meditative yoga/dance session that completly gave me what I needed. Sometimes it's all there-what we need-if we just take a minute to listen to ourselves. It doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes you don't need the gym or the pavement. Keep it simple. Keep it real. And most of all keep listening to yourself. Life is beautiful if we let it be and the unexpected goodness the best!
