70% of our immune system lies in the gut. Enzymes and probiotics are super important. If you can't break down your food and then subsequently absorb it what good does it do to eat? Food then can lead to inflammation and disease instead of fuel and repair your body. The gut is the second brain. How is your gut function? If you don't feel well, take a look at your gut function, in fact, everything from anxiety to hair loss can result from improper gut function. Certain medications can even alter gut function altering the Ph thus decreasing nutrient absorption. There is much research and revelation that rests with the gut. Listen to your body and ask questions!
Not every day will be a happy day but all emotion is healthy. Emotion equlivaltes to being alive. Don't fight your feelings but rather embrace to propel you ahead or to reconfigure.
