A powerful message that must be shared. Take away what you will and what speaks to your own spirit, for it cannot be contained! Good Sunday Morning! Stretch tall, set your intentions for the day, and drink a big glass of water. Three morning starters I recommend within the first few minutes of waking. Mind, body, and spirit. All three 🌺 Mindful consistency is key to create the kind of healthy and happy life we want to live. I find euphoria in the small things. I find pleasure in the simple and unexpected. I find life in the moments we question yet leave stronger then when we entered. I believe there is a purpose to everything. A master plan that has no rhythm just random, powerful lessons. Let yourself be guided by the mind's unknown, yet the spirit's truth. For truth is much more than we dare to believe. I find inspiration in these very moments of humble gratitude. Feeling tired? Hungry? Irritable? Restless? When is the last time you had a glass of water? How many glasses do you drink a day? Drink a full glass of water (not just a sip) and watch and feel what happens. Start small but begin big. Make it a priority. Choose options that work. This is one of them. To your health... Today I started with a cup of coffee followed by a 630am spin class. Why? Especially as we just "sprung ahead"?! My dear friend Paul suggested we meet for the early morning class last night. It felt right at the time and this morning it was perfect. Be open to last minute changes in your schedule. This is when the magic happens. Keep looking up! To your health... I choose to listen more and think less. I choose to trust and act on my intuition. Experience has taught me that the "gut" feeling, although not something that often rationally makes sense, is the most common sense in the end.
