Beginnings and Endings. Starts and Stops. Holding On and Letting Go.
It happens every day, little did you know. Think of all the examples in your life. Some of the most obvious: Sleep, phone calls, meetings, etc. We begin and end every day, but when we realize it's happening we often let our mind take over. Such as with relationships or big life changes.
Listen to your instincts and either hold on or let go. It's ok. You do it every day. You have practiced! It's the art of life and you are the artist.
Smile big and give thanks for the choices you have to make your life your own. And remember some are not as fortunate.
Embrace beginnings and endings, starts and stops, and just listen.

We underestimate the simple act of breathing and the benefits of the oxygen. Take ten deep breaths right now with a conscious awareness. Breathe in through your nose and our through your mouth. Focus only on your breath. How do you feel? We have more control over our mind, body, and spirit then we give ourselves credit for.
The next time you feel a little unbalanced or need a little extra energy, take a few deep breaths. The simple gifts we can give ouselves.
