I found myself eating less. Mostly because I was very busy and "didn't find the time". I felt good but I realized my body was showing signs that it needed more nutrients. Listen to how you feel but also to those brilliant messages your body gives you that it needs more fuel to run efficiently. Your body will tell you. Don't ignore it!
Simple additions such as an apple a day, a small side salad, orange juice, green tea, a handful of almonds, a scoop of raw honey, or just a little conscious effort can all provide you with a big boost. If you must make fewer choices, make smart ones! Options Exist! To your health...
